iPhone from Nokia, Tesla from Toyota?

The day is not far away, the day we get in the car and say where we want to go, and the car will go to the desired destination by itself. Big automobile companies like BMW or Mercedes-Benz have been working on self-driving car technology for a long time, but in a truly age-changing way, the company that is constantly taking this field to change the world is Tesla Inc. It became a huge line. Let’s talk a little bit about the title of this post. Many may find the title confusing. Apple changed the world of smartphones with the iPhone. The idea is that Tesla will change the way the world travels with their cars. Before the iPhone, Nokia was the biggest giant. And in Bangladesh, we understand Toyota as a car. That’s the beginning of the title (not to disrespect Nokia or Toyota). The title is explained. Let’s take a look at how this smart vehicle manufacturing company, named after Serbian scientist, true electronic genius Nikola Tesla, is changing the way we travel. After reading, you may be able to judge for yourself the truth of the matter.

Fully electric powered

100% electric. Tesla is the world’s first and by far the only car company to design electric cars from scratch or ground level. No problem to take oil or gas. Charge sitting at home. And there are Tesla supercharging stations to charge on the way. Tesla cars can go about 50 hours on a 1-hour charge.

Autonomous driving

Self-driving technology like Tesla’s autopilot mode is no longer the cornerstone of the world. Although autonomous technology still has a long way to go, there are still not many cars on the world’s roads that can change lanes and maintain speed on their own without a driver. Which Tesla 2017 model cars are fully capable of doing.

SmartControl

There are currently very few cars in the world that can be controlled remotely. Tesla owners can take their car to the front or back if they want, using the Tesla Key Fab or mobile app.

Supercharging station

You can charge at home so that your angle is not a problem on the way, so the Tesla supercharger station is installed on the way. Where you can recharge your car for free (up to 1000 miles). There are currently 1,042 supercharger stations worldwide. More than half of which are in America. At the supercharging station, you can charge much faster. Every 30 minutes you can cover about 160 miles or 270 km. You can go.

Smart instrument panel

While other cars have lots of knobs, switches, buttons, and even joysticks, Tesla has one of the largest car touch screens for all of these functionalities. This touchscreen with a 17-inch display is the control of the whole car and other information.

Bioweapon Defense Mode

Tesla has a bioweapon defense mode. This allows you to protect yourself from bacterial infections while inside the car.

Speed

The Tesla Model S P85D can travel at a maximum speed of 250 km / h. And in incineration mode, it can accelerate from 0 to 97 km / h in 3.1 seconds, which is actually incineration, which means terrible. Many expensive sports cars in the oil-powered world do not have this level of acceleration.

Software update

Tesla software can be updated with WiFi. Where other smart cars have to be taken to the dealer for system updates.

Giga-factory

Giga-Factory is a Tesla battery factory. ‘GigaFactory – 1’ is the 2nd largest (under construction) building in the world. According to Elon Musk, 100 giga-factories can supply power to the whole world. Tesla currently has 3 models. Model S, Model X and Model 3 Sadly, Tesla cannot be bought from Bangladesh yet, and even if it did, an ordinary Bengali would probably not be able to afford it. Because to buy a Tesla car now you have to spend at least 1 lakh US dollars or about 85 lakh takas. Fortunately, Tesla CEO Elon Musk himself says that Tesla’s goal is not to build expensive sports cars, but to build self-driving electric cars for the general public. Let that day go by on its own.
